Peak Reading Under Exercise Tracker

I have a charge 2. Noticed for the last few weeks I only get a “Peak” reading under Exercise Tracker. I used to get “fat burn” or “cardio”. Now all it says is peak for the entire workout. I’m wondering what this means & if it’s a normal reading for workout.

@Balanc95 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you wiht your heart rate zone. The zone will depend on the heart rate reading your device has. If it is high enough then it will show as Peak heart rate zone. You can read more about how this is calculated here.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for the info! However, my reading comes out as Peak for every workout for the entire workout. I do not believe this is correct because I often glance at my watch during workouts to check my heart rate. It is most often NOT at my peak rate.
