Why is my suddenly not compatible with my fitbit charge 2? It has been in the past. All of the sudden it no longer is. I am very upset by this because it is a huge part of my life.

If your phone is not on the Approved Devices list, it may work for some functions and not others.

Keep in mind that if a mobile device isn't listed as a compatible device with our products and services, this doesn't mean that you can't use at all your device, however, some of the feature will not work as expected due to connection difficulties. Please check the entire list that was shared by @SunsetRunner for more details.
