Hi all
For some reason my phone isnt adding up my steps ect, I have a charge 4, was messing other day as it wasnt coming through to my watch messages n calls. I dont knw what Ive done, any help pls?

It sounds like a syncing issue between your phone and your Charge 4. Have you looked to make sure your Charge 4 is showing as connected on your mobile devices Bluetooth? It it is indeed connected try turning your Bluetooth off then on again. Now try to sync to see if that fixed the problem. If the problem persist then try changing your clock face. If that still doesn’t work maybe it would help to restart your Charge 4. You will not lose any of your data doing a restart.
