I have already tried asking for help for this but this time I want to make it completely clear that my Fitbit Charge 2 is not the problem it is the Fitbit App that is the problem. My Fitbit App is removing my steps from my App under my Friends section of the App. My Fitbit Charge 2 Never Loses any of my steps ever neither does my dashboard on my Fitbit App Just the bit under my Friends List. Can anyone please tell me how I can stop this from happening.

Are you aware that the total should get reduced at midnight each day because it is a rolling total; i.e. at midnight it drops the oldest day and throughout the day adds the steps for current day so it is always the total for previous 6 full days plus so far today.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
