I can't get my Fitbit Charge 2 to sync with my Fitbit App no matter how many times I tried. It still says I last synced it on Tuesday when I last tried to sync my Fitbit Charge 2 on Thursday 28th May. I was hoping someone could help me figure out what is going wrong with either my Fitbit Charge 2 or my Fitbit App. So I can actually get my steps on my Fitbit App again.
What phone are you using? Have you tried clearing the cache in the app? Next I would try logging out of the app and logging back in. As a last resort try uninstalling the app, rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. I am assuming you have bluetooth enabled on your phone.
Best AnswerI am using my tablet for my Fitbit App and yes it does have Bluetooth enabled on it. How do you clean the cache in the Fitbit App.
