For the past month or so, since my phone and my charge 2 updated, I haven't been able to get my charge 2 to display the message that is associated with the messenger app on my phone. It will display the contact that is sending the message, but not the actual message.

 

However, if I switch to the Facebook messenger app as my primary messenger service, the message and the sender both display.

 

I have tried several "resets" but nothing seems to help.

This may be the same problem as the one that fitbit are investigating. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are posting updates:
