My screen has a crack underneath. The actual screen is not cracked but it has a line going down inside on the right. My friends Charge 2 ended up with the exact same crack. It’s very strange because I didn’t hit it on anything. Any one else have this problem?

Mine has also cracked.  From what I can see on blogs and message boards this is common and cant be replaced or fixed.  I am disappointed in fitbit. I love my watch but cant see spending all that money again if it will break

I have the same issue. Mine was a gift so I do not know if it has a warranty or not.

I have had the same problem and as it is no longer under guarantee, I have been offered 25% discount instead. I'm not happy with this though as,like others have said, i don't want to spend money if the same thing will happen again.
