I want to thank customer support.

Using the online chat in a browser I reported that the gold studs on the back of the Charge 4 had worn away. The assistant had me take a photo of it and agreed it was damaged. I then received an email telling me that I could opt for either a replacement Charge 4 for free, or a Charge 5 at 50% discount. I decided to get the Charge 5. The replacement arrived quickly and the whole process was handled well.

There is one point to note; the Charge 5 does not have all the same apps at the model 4. There's likely to be items in the relevant forum concerning this. But I thought I would point this out here for information.

.@AndreaFitbit I'd like the apps that are on the Charge 4 that are missing from the Charge 5, for example the calendar. There are forum threads elsewhere about the selection of apps on the Charge 5 and I don't want to duplicate it here.
