Hard to answer without knowing exactly which graph, from phone or PC, and how sending to printer.
However one think you could try is, from PC, use a utility such as Windows 10 Snipping Tool to capture as an image and see if all shows there, then send image to printer.

The method Johnny describes above is what I use. I can then take the printout to my Doctor.

I can easily do a screen shot from my phone then send it to the printee.. However I don't think the resolution will be much use to the doctor

Hello everyone! Your thread reminds me about an issue that a friend of mine had with his printer. He had to study a lot and most of the information he needed to print on A4 to simplify the study process. After a couple of minutes of printing the printer stopped to work at all. My friend was trying to do all the possible thing's you can do with a printer to fix the issue but nothing worked. Me and him were looking for the solution on the internet and found this article www.mrdepot.ca/ that helped us to fix this issue really fast and cheap, so my friend was able to continue his studying process without loosing too much time

Hey there!
I am Mark Daniel. a printer expert.
It's difficult to respond without understanding which charts, from which smartphone or Computer, and how to send to the best sublimation printer.Nevertheless, you may try capturing as an image from your PC using a software like Windows 10 Particular Attention paid and seeing if everything comes up, then sending the photo to the printer.
Thanks
