Hi team. I was thrilled to get a Fitbit yesterday, but the last two runs I have gone on with my GPS engaged for ‘running’ the Fitbit has been about 200m off what my phone has tracked in terms of distance. I’m a regular runner and so I know my area well - typically what’s happening when I look at the app, is that it looks like Fitbit isn’t accurately recording the first 60 Seconds of my run.
I’m just wondering, when I select running and then ‘connecting’ it just times out and the screen goes dark so I just press go. I can’t find any tutorials on YouTube specifically showing the screen after ‘connecting’ if there is one.
Any help most appreciated!

I have never had Charge 4 but experience with other devices tells me to quit Exercise app and come back to it and try again to connect the GPS. If it doesn't time out you should see "Connected" (or something that indicates connection on Charge 4, on Sense/Sense 2 I see "Connecting" and then "Connected").

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @t.parker. Thank you for sharing your GPS connectivity question with your Charge 4.
You can check help article: How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device? to have more information about using GPS with your Charge 4. There´s no video but you can find your Charge 4 GPS options.
Thank you for your advise @t.parker.
Have a nice day.
