I can't change my device lock pin. I don't even believe I've ever set one up. I keep putting in numerous different pins (beyond 20 at this point) and nothing happens. Keeping getting the same message of 'Change pin failed'

Yes I’ve tried that. I can’t even get to the screen to choose to reset the pin. I have to enter the pin before that.
