For the last couple of weeks, when I go to look at my fitbit it will not light up. I have to tap it to show the info. Has any one else had this problem? Anyone know how to fix it?

Seems odd that the QuickView feature on your Charge 2 is not working as the way it was designed. To better assist you, can you please first verify that this feature is currently ON? Please follow the next steps on the Fitbit app:

Hi Ricardo,
I have another problem that popped up yesterday. I have a Versa2 now and I have a message "This app requires the internet permission to be granted". I checked my settings and it does have permission but the message is still there. There is an "X" on top but it doesnt do anything. I cant see my clockface because this message wont go away. Any suggestions?

Hi, turned off the quick view, and now it has disappeared from the options list. How can I get it back?
