QuickView not working

All of a sudden when I rotate my wrist my display doesn't come on.

Thanks for your post and the details that were shared. If you haven't already done so, please make sure that the QuickView feature on your Fitbit app is currently on:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab 
     
    , and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap your device image.
  3. Find the option to verify the Quick View settings.

 

You can also restart your Charge 2.
