Hello,
I just want to give one example out of many to my claim in the topic of my post.
Last night I went to bed at 22:30. Woke up after four hours and thirty minutes. Checked my Fitbit app to see my sleep score and its breakdown. My score was 71 with a deep sleep 34 minutes and 44 minutes of REM. I stayed awake for 54 minutes. Then slept again for another two hours. When I woke up again around 07:00 am I checked my app again and saw that my score went up only by one point to 72 with my deep sleep being only 11 minutes now and REM 1 hour 1 minute.
The app telling me I already had 34 minutes of deep sleep. Where did it go? It's past time already.
That's why I am saying there is something wrong in the calculation.
The app, when combining the data of two sleep cycles after a long break, makes a mistake.
How can my already slept deep sleep decrease?
Any input will be much appreciated.
Regards,
