May I ask what type of phone or computer that you use to sync through?

Syncing was fixed on January 15, but as of now (Jan 20, 15:00 EST) is fails again.

In my case connecting via VPN works. Or switching from WiFi to the wireless data provider also helps.

There were suggestion of ways to fix the Charge 2 syncing issues on the previous topic that would be of value to read and try
