I'm not sure which fitbit I have since I won it about a year ago for a contest, but it looks like a charge 4 and it stopped syncing also 😞
Has anyone responded to you?

Hi, @SunsetRunner , The charge 4 was launched in April this year, the Charge 3 looks similar to the Charge 4. I'm going to move this post over to the Charge 3 board where others will be in a better position to assist you.

No, they say you can contact them through Twitter, which I don't use. In the past fitbit has been really good, but this has been going on for at least 3 weeks. I have had the charge 4 since July. This started just after October 13th, the last update.

Can’t get my Charge 3 to sync. Purchased 4 months ago. Tried everything they recommended. Nothing works.
