I'm not sure if it's meant to be this way, but my Fitbit Charge 3 uses up 3% everytime I go to settings and click reboot system. Does anyone know anything about this?

What device are you rebooting? The Charge HR doesn't have a restart under settings. @Benjizealous 

To restart place the tracker into its powdered uo charger and hold on the button.
