Fitbit won't sync time for watch

I have the same problem and I cannot find any answers or get any help with it. I hate to say it because I have loved my Fitbit but this is the reason I will likely ask for another brand of watch for Christmas. My Fitbit Charge HR is a few years old now and it seems this is a simple but persistent problem no one is able to help me with. That is frustrating. It is not useful at all as an actual watch if it shows the wrong time.
