Why does the Sleep chart show Awake, Rem, Light, Deep in that order
If Rem is deeper than Deep should Rem be below Deep (hope that made sense)

@Brightonuk REM sleep isn't deeper than deep sleep.

Sorry I am a little confused.
Reading up on the stages of sleep:
"Rapid eye movement (REM) sleep is the deepest stage of sleep"
But then it reads:
"Deep sleep is often confused with REM sleep but there are differences between the two. This third stage of sleep is non-rapid eye movement sleep"
So one would assume if the "deep sleep" follows REM it would be a deeper sleep.
