Hi,

i have set up my new Fitbit charge 3, I’ve gone through absolutely everything and made sure what ever needs to be on is on, but for some reason I am not getting a reminder to move, as I said everything is switched on as it should be, am I missing something ??

Could it be you are already meeting the criteria?  The reminder should come at 10 til the hour.  If you already have 250 steps that hour by then, no reminder.

 

Or do you have Notifications turned off?  Hold in left side button a few seconds; look for Notifications; tap to toggle on or off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi,

I have tried again to get my charge 3 to remind me to walk or move, I’ve gone through everything again, it still won’t work for me ?? Any ideas please ?? It does everything else from alarm to messages, but just won’t let me know when I need to move ??
