How can I delete old data so I can start fresh for the new year?

Only way is to create new account with different email.

Last year did actually happen, even if you would prefer to erase it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi there @Sh3ll, welcome to the Community Forums. 

 

My friend @JohnnyRow is right, so I'd recommend taking a look at the help articles: How do I delete my Fitbit account? and How do I remove a Fitbit device from my account? 

 

To factory reset your device: On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.
