Reminders to Move Notifications Charge 2

I keep getting annoying notification beeps about things like “congratulations you’ve reached yada yada number of steps” or “it’s time to get up and walk” or “let’s run” or whatever they say. I want them to stop. But I want the notifications that I just got a phone call or a new text to still come in. How do I turn off the annoying ones and keep the ones about new text messages and phone calls? Thank you.
