After several attempts at trying to update the Firmware and syncing with the phone, I thought I would check here for some help. My new phone is Samsung J4 which it seems is not compatible with the Charge2. Attempting the updates - Update failed, try again is the response I get time and time again.Is there a fix for this problem, should I uninstall and re-install Fitbit, would that help? Thank you.

Hey @Cascade59, I hope you are doin' great! As you mentioned, the Samsung Galaxy J4 is not a compatible device so I'm afraid that is normal that you experience connectivity issues between it and your Charge 2. I suggest you to take a look at the troubleshooting in this help article: Why can't I update my fitbit device? In addition, you can try to update your tracker with a computer, by following the instructions in this help article: How do I update my Fitbit device?
