Replacement Charge 3 is draining the battery and not working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My fitbit charger was stolen so it died while waiting for a replacement. Took about 2 weeks and after plugging it in and charging the time and date is wrong, screen is always dim, battery didn't last more than 24 hrs then will say its 30% then drop to 9% then go back up to 17% all within 30 seconds. I have tried all the reset suggestions but nothing is working.  What am I missing? Thanks

Hello @Jeromy1129. Welcome to the community forums!

Thank you for the detailed information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting. I'd like to let you know that the time and date should get corrected after syncing your Charge 3. If this is not the case, there are some recommendations here

For the inconvenience related with the battery, I'd recommend taking into consideration the tips that help to extend the battery life of your Charge 3. For more information, please click here.

Lastly, seems that you've followed the recommended restart and additional tips for the screen inconvenience. In this case, I'd recommend contacting our Support Team for further assistance and please note that you can contact them through chat or over the phone, but phone wait times have been longer than normal, so I recommend initiating a chat. Click here to get connected.

See you around.
