So ill be getting a replacement charge 3, do i login to my existing account, add new device before removing old faulty one.
Not had it on my wrist for a few weeks, app has connected but no data to upload.
Start new?
Or carry on with existing account

Log into your existing account, Add New Device. It should note you already have one and ask if this is a replacement - Yes; and that should take care of removing the old one.
Alternatively you could first go into account Profile Pic > Charge 3; click trash can near top right to remove old tracker; then go into phone's bluetooth settings to make sure it is not still paired - if it is, unpair it. I think the "trash can" step does that but I feel safer checking gain.
Then, logged into same account, Add New Device, and there will not be another one there to require the 'replace' question; it will be just like adding first time, but your old data will still be there in same account.
