Hi @Mlomeli25, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 is not working properly. I totally understand how you feel about this.
In order to better assist you, please provide more details about the issue that your Charge 3 has experienced. Did it stop charging or turning on? Did it stop syncing your data?

The issues were very similar to the first time. Unusual vibration and screen unresponsiveness that would persist for some time. Syncing issues as well. The issue that was new compared to first time was the brightness and visibility of the screen. I was unable to increase the brightness of screen and it would remain very low brightness.
