Replacement band lasted two weeks!

I spent the extra money to buy a legitimate Fitbit replacement band for my Charge 4.  I’ve had it two weeks and it frequently disconnects on one side. I called support and received an email back saying it wasn’t covered under warranty.  I guess they have no confidence in their bands either!  I replaced it because the buckle was broken, not because it was coming disconnected. I should have saved some money and bought a “knock off” replacement band! Fitbit quality control is worsening.  I recommend a Garmin, as my husband loves his!
