I am unable to connect my new charge 3. Replaced under warranty
i have followed all instructions including
downloading new app
turning Bluetooth off and on again
fully charging this device - iPad mini
although the app opens as usual it fails to connect even though I get Your Tracker has been found
it appears to try to connect but does not
display on Fitbit tracker shows wwwfitbit.com/setup and this does not change

Suggest you go to the iPad's bluetooth options and check to see if a Charge 3 is linked. If so, unlink and then try again.
