Just received a replacement for my (too faint to read screen) fitbit- 10 months old. Cannot charge replacement up. Support talked me through it without success. I asked whether it was refurb and he said no. I have now read tiny print which arrived with it( no straps) and it clearly states refurb.
Agent told me to send it back using label emailed to me- I dont have a printer! Advised to speak to my courier! Not happy having to go to post office due to COvid but no choice.

Many times the carrier can print out the label. Any staples can print it out.
