Unable to sync charge 3. I have had problems for several weeks, and have tried multiple times to fix the issue. The charge 3 have been reluctant to update during the day, saying it can't sync and try later, updating randomly and never in the evening. Now, after rebooting multiple times and clearing user data, now it won't pair. I go to the clock faces, and it has been saying that some applications did not finish installing, but it has been saying this every day for three weeks, so unable to do the clock face change thing. Can anybody help me? Most of these issues started when I started playing the Fitbit puzzle on my Android phone.. Ugggggg

Also having this issue with my charge 2 fir the past couple of weeks. Previously if I removed my tracker from the app, deleted and redownloded the app and then repaired my tracker it would work but that no longer seems to be fixing the sync issue. I've tried all troubleshooting steps several times now. Getting very frustrated. Thinking of moving away from Fitbit altogether!
