I've today received a replacement Charge 2 (cracked screen) but am not sure how to over-ride my broken device. On my account I've chosen to 'replace device' but after following all screen prompts my old device is still active and the new one still has the web address scrolling ... can anyone help me please?

Let me help you with setting up your replacement device. You can follow these instructions to setup your new device. Make sure that the old device is off or away from the phone/computer you are using to setup the new one. You can also remove the old device by tapping the tracker's icon and then the trashcan icon.
