I received the replacement of Charge 3 because the original one has wristband button jammed. The replacement came in with dirt in all the cracks, around the wristband button, on the back... It seems very used... Not happy.

Hi @CosimaJ  did you get with support? According to the warranty and returns information (link bottom of this page) the device you receive may be refurbished. Are you able to clean it with rubbing alcohol and a soft toothbrush?
