Replacement strap for fitbit charge 3

Please can anyone tell me if it's possible to get a fitbit replacement band for the charge 3 - not another brand but a Fitbit one?

Hello @Parsley-the-lio and welcome to the Help forums.  The Fitbit Store has replacement bands.  The Charge 3 and 4 use the same band.  There are classic, sport and woven bands available.

 

I looked at your profile and I see that you are a new user.  If there is something wrong with your new band, it is under warranty.  There is a link for warranty band replacement on the Support page.
