My Charge 3 is charging but seems to immediately loses the charge. The clock face displays when it is connected to power but it disappears again a few seconds into wearing. The App shows it as fully charged, and it is syncing and counting steps. I have charged for several hours, done 7 second and 15 second resets many times, cleaned the charging points. Still no resolution. It is just over a year old. So disappointing to see so many users having the same problem. It may not be the most expensive device on the market but for what it cost it should last longer than this. Please help Fitbit. My historical data is stored in here, but I don't think I would buy a new Fitbit as this is the second one to fail for me.
