Replacement strap

Hi there just wondering can anyone help I purchased a replacement strap and I got a message to say that I have to pay €1 shipping in Dublin did anyone else have this problem or is it a scam?have tried contacting Fitbit but no response thanks in advance

I purchased on Fitbit website it came up as AMD retail limited on my PayPal

I've notified a moderator about your post. Fitbit in the USA does charge shipping for items, so it could be legitimate. The moderator can tell you more about this.

When I went to pay it they tried to take €56.60 from my account so it’s
definitely a scam it seems to be fitstraps I bought it from I thought it
was fitbit I purchased from

Seems scams happen like that and I'm glad you were able to see it. Always go to the Fitbit.com site and not do an online search for accessories. Last year several people had been scammed when they found a fantastic deal on new Versa 2 devices, only to discover it wasn't the real deal. So sad these things happen.

Yes unfortunately it happened I was full sure I purchased through Fitbit
website. I have opened a case with PayPal. Many thanks for your help.
