Today there had been an acknowledgment from Fitbit to Engadget that the SpO2 sensor is being enabled for users. Some are even already enjoying this feature!
Does anyone from Fitbit give more information when this roll out to the masses?
Preordered the Fitbit Charge 3, but i do not see any results yet appearing in the app!
Anyone from Fitbit?

I think it's an old news that many users have started to see an Oxygen graph. But some users have also see them disappeared
In this moment, it looks like fitbit is too shy to announce rolling out the feature after 2 years of heavy advertisement. IMHO, it should at least inform the users who are going to get the feature.

How do I tell if I have the correct model for SPO2? I have a Charge 3, but is this limited to the Special Edition?

@SunsetRunner All Charge 3 has the SpO2 sensors. But it's up to fitbit to enable it or not.

I also notice that article by Engadget yesterday.
Waiting for someone from fitbit to weigh in on this news.

I am also interested in this. Don't mind a beta or tiered roll out but some transparency would be nice. It's part of the reason I went premium so...do tell.

Same here. I have a Charge 3 and Ionic (disabled now because they won't support 2 premium products...Fitbit, would you rather I buy a cheaper product with my Ionic??) and no sign of the sensor data.

I just got the Ionic earlier this week and I did get readings for two night and now it's gone!

I was able to see the SPO2 data in my sleep scores. It looks like it was turned on and data was used in the sleep score since mid December. But today when I looked it was gone again. I wonder what’s up with Fitbit? Give a promised tool and then take it away.

It’s Feb 2020 and I bought the Charge 3 about a week ago because of this feature. Now I’m feeling pretty peeved and ripped off. Tempted to chuck it back for a refund 🤯 not impressed.
I’m assuming Fitbit hasn’t released anything more recent in this?

Fitbit support: "Thanks for getting back to us. As of this time, we do not have an exact time frame on when it'll be available. Please let us know if you have further questions and we'll gladly help."

My parents both have a Charge 3 and there is no SPO2 graph in the app. I downloaded the latest everything - device and Android app - nothing. I have been a Fitbit customer since 2012 or so. Really thinking of dumping it and going to Garmin. Not an idle threat, just been waiting and waiting to upgrade from my Alta HR... which now has a busted charger which requires a rubberband to keep contact, and only keeps a charge for a few days. Not upgrading until this works. If that is after the Alta HR dies, Fitbit has lost a long time customer who has upgraded several times.

I got this page from fitbit support, which is last updated Jan 31. The page assumes the features has been rolled out to everyone by now. (But it is not...)

Really! In what way does it assume?

@Rich_LaueThe support article talks like the feature is already available. But it is not. There are mixed messages from the fitbit support itself.
"EOV tracking is available on Charge 3, Ionic, and Versa series devices. Wear your device to bed, and check your EOV graph in the morning in the Fitbit app. "
The article is last updatd Jan 31, 2020, which was the last date communicated that the feature should have been available. But it is now Feb and the feature is yet to come. There is something very wrong at fibit.

Well, not long after the EOV disappeared from my app, it just reappeared. My phone is an Android running 9.0 and the Fitbit app was last updated Feb 5, 2020, version 3.14.

Finally is it my turn? I started to see an empty EOV graph. This random roll out doesn't look or feel like professional at all. I wonder if I would see any data tomorrow or never. Any take?
