I’ve bought a Charge 3 and have upgraded. My husband wants to use my Charge 2, how do I reset it? The factory reset instructions on Fitbit Help says hold down the button while disconnecting from the charging cable but you can’t do this? You hold the button down through the charging cable and have to let go to disconnect. Am I missing something here?
@Orchid44 simply hand the Charge 2 to your husband. He will need to create a Fitbit account with his email address.
He then adds the charge 2 to his account. At this time, if you haven't, the charge 2 will be removed from your account.
You will need to remove the charge 2 from your phones Bluetooth menu.
