Hi, my charge 2 seems to have locked. I have followed all instructions to reboot but the only screen that comes up after restart is ww.fitbit.com/setup - any thoughts (apart from buy a new one!!)? Unit is fully charged.

That message suggest that the Charge 2 has somehow become disconnected from your account. You could try going through the setup process again to reconnect it:
On the main screen of the app, select your profile image at the top left to get to your profile settings. There, select "set up a device"

Thanks very much - yes had to delete and re-add!!
