Cannot track heart rate while tracking a run with GPS

 

Can you fix this feature?

 

It's required because the activity is synced with my health insurance, and runs where I track GPS are being considered as walks because of the lack of heart rate data.

 

Also where has the support email option gone? I don't want to call or use twitter
