Hi @Parsol  if you got it directly from Fitbit, you have 45 days in which to start a return. Other retailers have their own window for a return, with receipt required.

I purchased it the end of June I have been charged on credit card on june9
2x and june 25
I did not receive any confirmation is why it was ordered a second time I
purchased from the Fitbit band store
