HI All,
I have been having this issue for maybe a month now, I have tried the following:
Hard Reset of charge 2 while charging,
Turning off wifi on phone while running
Clearing app data and cache on phone and reinstalling appp. Using latest watch firmware and app software
Reading all the comments on the other posts and trying various other solutions.
I have a S10, up to date, and I am using the GPS connected charge 2 when running. I am making sure there is a GPS connected icon on the watch before running. My GPS signal is very strong for the duration of the run according to other apps.
Here are two different runs on the exactly the same path - that should be 5Ks. THe one on the right is using the fitbit app workout tracker, rather than the charge2, and is the correct distance.
I just cannot get the distance to be accurate - its really frustrating as this was pretty much the only reason I bought this watch. If I use the app on my phone to measure it seems much more accurate.
Is there anything being done to look at this issue ? Just looking at the forum posts it seems others are having this issue? Is there any progress being made? Even if fitbit are just acknowledging the problem and looking at it that would be something?

Mine is exactly the same have asked fitbit to be told they know about it and are working on it, but no time with how long it will take and told ne to use running exercise for all my different exercises I do ?? how is running exercises going to detect my circuit workout or spin not happy
