I have been struggling to sync my Charge 2 with my App for a while now. Did a sync to my computer and deleted the phone from the app, but when I try to add it again, the app does not pick up the Charge 2. I have restarted the device, the phone and the app. What else can I try?

Let me help you setting up your Charge 2. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? Try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:
