App does not pick up Charge 2

I have been struggling to sync my Charge 2 with my App for a while now. Did a sync to my computer and deleted the phone from the app, but when I try to add it again, the app does not pick up the Charge 2. I have restarted the device, the phone and the app. What else can I try?

Let me help you setting up your Charge 2. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleTry refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
