SMS notifications stopped working

Just to confirm, have you tried also the steps described here: Why are notifications delayed or missing?

In the meantime, please hold the button of the Charge 4 for 3 seconds and on the quick settings menu, verify that the don't disturb and sleep modes ares off. To change the setting tap on it.

Thanks. Seems like sleep mode was activated. But I have not deliberately
activated it
