I bought the Versa2 a few days ago specifically because the reviews that it got for heart rate monitor and the SPO2 feature.
I can’t get it to install the watch face for that feature though, the button is greyed out and below there is a button that says not available.
I tried:
updating my phone (iPhone)
deleting and reloading the app
one thing is that I am currently based in Japan but it does show that it is a supported country.
any help resolving this issue would be appreciated!

no help here, but I'm having the same issue with the Charge 4 ... I called the 24/7 and was told that it takes approximately 48 hours for the SP02 to be downloaded and working once you activate your watch ???? We'll see after 48 hours I still have no SP02 app available to download and Fitbit on the community has failed to offer any help either
If nothing after tonight I'll most likely be returning my Charge 4 as it's not providing the SP02 data as advertised
Again - nothing to help with your device - just letting you know I feel your frustrations

Fitbit programmers having fun again. My dad's versa 2 has the spo2 clock face, and the feature worked until last week, then it just stopped. Now I try to help, but all SPO2 clocks and the app show they are only available for the Sense and Versa 3. Fitbit and smartwatch?
