FOUND MY FITBIT TRACKER IN MY DESK. MY ACCOUNT IS STILL ACTIVE, BUT AFTER TWO YEARS I FORGOT HOW TO SYNC IT TO MY WINDOWS 10 DELL COMPUTER? YOUR HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED. THANKS EDWARD

Just plug in the dongle to a USB port and sync it with the Windows 10 Fitbit app.

I have a MacBook Pro 2012 and on the top menu bar there used to be the fitbit logo that I could click on to sync - now it's not there anymore and I've gone through my dashboard and my account and can't figure out how to get the logo back again or how to sync

mine has not sync'ed since January!

 

can someone please help?

I have a dongle fitted to my computer but still will not sync. Is there a button I can press to activate syncing
