Hi, can you please advise how it is possible Samsung a40 is not supported device? I am using fitbit Charge 2 for almost two years and  just switched my mobile. Have never expected it may not be supported.. this is one of the most popular mobile phone brand now. I would expect the application is compatible with most mobile brands. Like other fit band producer do.  Could anyone suggest, whether there is an option to upgrade app to make it suppprted? I don't want to give up with fitbit now...

Thank you for your kind advices. I will definitely have a look.

I am aware there is a list of devices that are not supported, but c'moon Galaxy A series are really one of the most popular phones these days worldwide. I have never expected I may need to check compatibility for the FITBIT band, which mentioned to be the leader of smart bands now with decent price. I was your big fan till now, that's why my disappointment is even bigger.

I know I can alterantively connect it to the computer, but how can I track my outdoor acrivity then? When you need to have constant BT and internet connection. I hardly imagine taking my laptop for a walk/hike/run with me.

Anyway I am still full of hope FITBIT app will be uograded for Galaxy a40 soon. I can deal with not ideal work arround but really for a while. Hope not a longer one..
