Screen Issues on Fitbit Charge3

Hi all,

 

Wonder if anyone can help.

 

I have noticed over the last week that lines have appeared on my Charge3 screen then today the screen wouldn't work at all.  

 

Saw the suggestion to reset the fitbit which I have done and now the screen has come back on but the lines are still there.

 

Is there anything I can try or do I need to contact Customer Services ? 

 

The Fitbit is only a few months old as it was a Christmas present from the OH.

@Mum2JLK Sorry to hear about your screen issues.  If you've already tried restarting and changing the clock face and that didn't fix it, you should reach out to Customer Support for further assistance.

This just happened to mine also after the lines the screen turned black on the next charge and stopped working. It was my second charge 3. The first one stopped working in less than 2 months.

Mine also same problem, and now totally black screen

Contact them - I have had multiple replacements but sadly all do the same thing. I have decided to give up and try something else.

Sad thing... May consider to change or upgrade to other watch 😅
