Oh, dear @Jeena223 ! Have you tried giving yur Charge 3 a restart? Please follow the link for instructions.
A restart won’t delete any data but can help with display or sync problems. Basically it shuts down any background activities that may be interfering with normall working of your device - a little bit like rebooting your computer when it seems to have got its knickers in a twist!
Sometimes it can be helpful to try the restart a coule of times more if a single restart does not solve the issue. After that, if you are still having problems, please post again. There is always someone here to help.

Best AnswerThank you Julia. My screen disappeared completely this morning. I knew I needed to restart it, but could not remember how and could not find it on the website. Your link helped. Restart is so easy and now I have my display back. Luckily it was still tracking my steps even when the display was off.
Best AnswerMine is disappearing from top to bottom as well. It also tends to look like it's in military time so it really throws me off. With so much of the screen missing now it's very hard to tell time or read any notifications.
And I meant to say I've done the restarts as well... Multiple times
This did not work for me. I also tried changing the clock face and that doesn't help either. What else can I do?
