I have had my charge 3 approximately 10 months, with the latest tracker replaced in the summer as the screen went blank. The screen has now started to go grey with horizontal lines through it. I have tried the hard reset but this hasn't changed anything. Any ideas?

I have had that in the past, the battery was very low on my Charge3. Recharging the fitbit fixed the 'problem;
