Screen has lines running through it

Like many others on here, I can no longer read the screen on my Charge 3.  I've tried all of the suggestions, restart, long start, clock change and nothing has worked.  How can I fix this?

I had the same problem back in August and  because it was still in warranty, they replaced it, now it has happened again and I am emailing fitbit.

Try emailing the following email address https://contact.fitbit.com

Thank you for sharing that you've been having trouble with the display of the Charge 3 that is showing a few lines and that you've tried a few troubleshooting steps.
